Chocolate Protein Pudding

puddingWhen you’re feeling like cheating this chocolate protein pudding is the perfect treat because it gives you the sweet satisfaction you are looking for without the guilty bloated feeling after eating a high sugar dessert! I used peanut butter but I definitely recommend using almond butter for the consistency.


½ ripe avocado

3 tbs of almond butter

¼ cup of coconut milk (probably need to add more depending on the consistency of pudding)

2 big tbs of cocoa powder (no sugar)

½ tsp of vanilla extract

1-2 packets of stevia (choice of how sweet you want it)

1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder

Dash of salt


Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or a blender and puree until it has the consistency of pudding. If it does not, add more coconut milk, or unsweetened almond milk, and continue to puree/mix until smooth. Enjoy!
